Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in King County, WA
We started MHB because too many people were missing doctor visits, dialysis, and treatment. Not because they didn't want to go, but because they had no reliable way to get there. That's what we're here for.
Every trip we take is one less thing you have to stress about. We handle the ride so you can focus on your health.
Whether it's a routine checkup or a specialist visit across town, we get you there on time and bring you back when you're done.
Treatment schedules don't move, so neither do we. Set up a standing route and we'll handle the rest week after week.
Our ADA vehicles come with hydraulic ramps, full securement systems, and drivers trained specifically for wheelchair transport.
Going home after a procedure deserves more than a rushed rideshare. We coordinate with your care team and make sure the trip is comfortable.
Patient drivers who take the extra time. We come to the door, help with mobility aids, and don't rush. That's just how we do it.
Discreet, respectful transport to therapy, counseling, and outpatient treatment programs. No questions, no judgment.
From Seattle to Enumclaw, if you're in King County, we can get you there.

We started MHB Transportation because we kept seeing the same thing: people missing critical appointments simply because they couldn't get a ride. Not because they didn't try. There just wasn't a reliable, respectful option for medical transport in King County.
Every driver we hire is background-checked, CPR certified, and trained specifically for NEMT. We're not a rideshare app with a medical filter on it. We're a transportation company that takes healthcare seriously.
Background checks, drug testing, and NEMT certification before their first shift.
Vehicles are sanitized after every trip, climate controlled, and ADA equipped.
Apple Health, Medicare Advantage, private insurance, and self-pay are all welcome.
King County is one of the most diverse places in the country. We're built to reflect that.
